We liked the idea to use small sticks to create a large self-supported structure. We also like the fact that with the same sticks you can make different pattern designs.
One type of stick with four holes in it, and we were good to experiment…
Every pattern can be weaved two different ways (ends « in » or ends « out »), and creates concave or convex shapes.
Once assembled, it is like a big stiff cloth that we can curve so many ways… Most impressive is to make it stand by itself, sometimes creating double curves.
